I will try to
briefly explain each recommendation. I don't want phone calls. If
you think I'm blowing hot air, kindly ignore everything I say and
forget you ever came here to my site.
FOOD:
Buy brown rice, pinto beans (and others),
bagged oats and frozen chicken. Buy as much as you can.
Why? Four factors are
immediately colluding to cause a catastrophic breakdown in the food
distribution system.
1) Bee populations.
Without pollination of farm products, food will disappear. The honey
bee populations in the united states are declining and have been
for two decades. This alone will cause an enormous reduction in
yields at a time when demand is increasing dramatically.
2) Weather. The
recent summer storms and floods have obliterated the winter crop.
There is no magic wand to change this. We will need to import our
wheat and flour at great cost at a time when food reserves are at
historic lows.
3) Fertilizer.
All commercial fertilizer is petroleum based - meaning that fertilizers
eat up the majority of the cost of growing a crop. Without fertilizers,
yeilds fall dramatically. So either food cost is going through the
stratosphere, or yields will fall causing shortages.
4) Diesel fuel.
Mexico is going from exporter to importer. Iran is going from
exporter to importer. China has already gone from exporter to importer.
Supply is thus taken off the table. Saudi Arabia's Light Sweet Crude
fields are in declining production and have been for 5 years. Their
new field will pump heavy crude - far moe expensive to refine than
light sweet crude. Any disruption of supply can disrupt the "just-in-time
grocery stocking system. Stores typically stock only 3 days of food.
The typical food product travels 1500 miles to reach your table
and is thus extremely sensitive to diesel prices and supply. Supply
is dwindling. Demand is skyrocketing worldwide. This is a no-win
situation all by itself.
Expect problems to last
for up to a year until we figure out some magical way to overcome
these issues. Weather can change, but the other 3 can't.
MONEY:
Sell all your stocks. Withdraw, in cash, from your banks any amount
of money over $100,000. Buy gold and silver coins. Cash in your
pension, IRAs and 401Ks - pay the penalty and the taxes.
Why? I'll explain each
one, but basically, the dollar is collapsing. The Federal Reserve
(85% owned by jewish international bankers) is printing money at
a 84% annualized inflation rate. They were only printing at a 40%
rate 3 months ago. When you turn on the printing spigots, the currency
dies, but not before massive inflation in prices and the deflation
of the money (devaluation).
Stocks: They're
done. Bubbles are cyclical. The burst lasts as long as the build.
The bottom doesn't resemble the "V" in a bounce, it more
resembles the flatline "L" of a dying patient. The flat
will last for years as proven by history. Stocks can only offer
very temporary spikes on their way down and each spike will be lower
than the last. Get out now, no company is "safe."
Cash: Banks only
insure up to $100,000 per bank. If you have checking and savings
and money market and others in a single bank, only the first $100,000
is insured. Period. Further, only checking and savings are safe
- none of the special "money market" or other investment
features. Banks don't like you withdrawing cash. The fractional
banking laws of the Federal Reserve (an illegal and unconstitutional
entity) only require a 10% reserve. If just 10% of the depositors
wanted to withdraw in cash, the bank would have to close.
Gold: Avoid ALL forms of gold except Krugerrands, Canadian Maple Leafs, or
American Gold Eagles. Those are .999 fine gold. You can buy them for
spot or $25 over from coin dealers. Do not buy old gold coins. The "numismatic
value" will be zero when the dollar dies. Gold holds inverse
value to the dollar. As the dollar falls, gold rises in direct,
opposite value. This stabilizes what wealth you have.
Retirement Accounts:
The entire credit industry is starting a catastrophic disintegration.
Mortgages are just the beginning. Already, the nation's largest
bond insurer folded up. Those bonds are the investment vehicles
for retirements and pensions. This year alone, over $230 BILLION
has been lost in private pension funds. Take the money out, pay
the penalties and the taxes. You won't regret it.
Food riots are coming.
They've already hit other nations (I read this in the morning commodity
futures reports) and are getting worse. Also, a looming energy crisis
is about to hit the fan. Either one of these alone would be disastrous
but together it is going to cause a complete disintegration in what
we know today. I have no doubts that many people will see food-robberies
occur in grocery store parking lots. The hungrier people get, the
more deadly these will become. I would recommend planning to shop
in pairs or a larger group and have guns available when things get
bad. No, I'm not kidding.
